I enjoyed my blank the other day, found a nice little spot for when the sun's out.

I had a phone call yesterday off my boss who was going to fish last night saying he walked arond heron and spooked a few fish out of a deep margin.

Looks like its back to the river Thursday for me.

i thought t was quite mild today,mind you i aint been out due to stupid work hours this week,

c/b how about letting me have a test fish on heron a week on friday through to the sunday, sort me one of day rate out with a view to memership, could be a good way to vet people for you aswell, Stella

6 degrees very light wind light cloud no anglers on the lakes as yet, one fella in the week spotted a few carp on the heron moving about Wink

Went for a walk around the Mill this morning before work, it looked pukka, i wish i had the rods. When i was eating lunch i sat on the balcony looking out over the willow lake at billing and that too looked nice with the sun just reflecting back off the light breeze.

just got back from an overnighter on the mill, fished the new swim next to swan point, copse i think. like that swim a lot, plenty of water to go at. think it will be a good interception point between the shallows and the island. a good move to close the 2 swims to create one good one i think. enjoyed the blank though and fed the fish when i left. happy days.
